Technical specifications:

This machine is for the accurate overprinting of spot coating or flood coating. It is suitable for coating box work with the gluing part uncoated, and it can process both light paper and board. For efficient operation, this machine can be operated by a single person. It has a small footprint (16m²), high speed(4500sph), low  power consumption(40kw).

Function and Performance

1.Feeding system
The paper-separator is controlled by a cam device with simple structure, and doesn’t need maintenance and lubricating, and of good abrasion-proof. It is also with Easy adjusting for the positions of the paper and paper-divider. According to the process of different overprinting, the front register and side register can be micro adjusted to make the overprinting more accurate. Front register adopts photo-electric detector to control paper deflecting, and use pneumatic paper presser to protect plate. Double-paper detector Equipped and protection for lifting limit of stacker.

2.Varnish system
This machine uses gripper feeding system. Impression cylinder and plate cylinder are operated by pneumatic power. The varnish-distributing system is below the plate cylinder. With plenty of space, the plate can be mounted and removed conveniently. Resin-plate and rubber-plate can be installed. The varnish-distributing system is formed by 4 rollers, which features even distributing and stable varnish supply. It is suitable for both spot and flood coating. Water-recycling temperature controller is installed in the varnish supply system to control the temperature of varnish.

3.UV curing system
It is composed of UV lamp, reflector, electrical control system, cooling and air exhausting system. Automatic temperature controller will switch off the power if any abnormal temperature. Uses full/half lamp mode with automatic switching. Generally the machine works in full lamp mode, and if no paper, double paper detection or emergency stop occurs, it will automatically turn  to half lamp.

4.IR drying system
Suitable for water-based coating(optional).

5.Delivery syetem
  Chain delivery makes low noise levels. Double track design for chain (top and bottom) and smooth and stable gripper delivery is used. Fan and exhausting above the delivery to ensure safe operation.
