A versatile folder-gluer for food, pharma, cosmetics, stationery and general cartons. Handles bottom-lock cartons and supports auto-pack lines with a pre-fold section that delivers Fold 1 & Fold 3 at 180°/135°, meeting common auto-cartoning requirements.

One Key Adjustment of Folder Gluer

HL-2000 AB-S – Glue & Stitch Line (1900 mm max blank width)

A high-speed, servo-driven glue & stitch production line for corrugated cartons (A/B/C/E/EE/BC/EB/AB flute). It’s designed to sit downstream of your print/convert equipment and deliver accurately glued or stitched boxes, counted and stacked for packing.

Key features

  • Full-servo parameterisation for fast install, easy set-up and stable running; linear slide-rail guides make format changes straightforward. One-key adjustment with job memory up to 4,000 sets.

  • Optional upper-suction anti-scratch feeder for delicate surfaces; upper & lower servo aligners with auto adjustment and data logging keep register tight at speed.

  • Anti-mixing inspection (camera) to prevent A/B side mix-ups, plus secondary pre-creasing to stop flap skew during folding.

  • Sectional, adjustable folding knives for higher throughput; independent servo aligner handles flat and special-shape boxes. An intelligent tracking system continually monitors and corrects errors.

  • Dual-side servo stitching with no side-width limits and no carton flipping — reducing footprint by roughly half versus traditional stitch lines. Can connect to auto bundling & packing to further cut labour.

Box types supported

Downstream options
Pair the line with an auto counter & stacker to deliver neat, counted piles, and integrate strip-and-stack modules when feeding other end-of-line packers. Photos in the document show the inspection camera, secondary pre-crease, and counter/stacker modules used in typical installations.
