RB185 – Automatic Rigid Box Maker

The RB185 is a fully automated line for premium rigid boxes. It completes the flow paper feed & glue → inner-box 4-corner tape → positioning/spotting → wrapping & forming in one pass. With PLC control, photoelectric monitoring, and hydraulic/pneumatic actuation, it delivers consistent, high-grade boxes for products like phones, cosmetics, liquor, tea, apparel, and gift sets.

  • Linked stations: Gluer (paper gluing), Former (four-angle tape), Spotter (positioning), Wrapper (wrap & fold) run in synchrony under PLC control.
