Fangbang systems automate the full bag-making flow — feed → align → glue/patch → tube forming → bottom forming → collection — across sheet-fed and roll-fed platforms. Sheet-fed lines integrate handle making & application, mouth folding, side gluing, tube forming, bottom impressing/gluing into a single servo-coordinated process with SIEMENS controls and touchscreen HMI for fast changeovers and real-time diagnostics. ZD-QFP18 — Fully-Automatic Sheet-Fed Square-Bottom Paper Bag Machine

From sheet infeed to finished bags, ZD-QFP18 combines handle making & application, bag-mouth folding, side gluing, tube forming, bottom impressing/gluing/forming and counting in one automatic line. It produces common bags, top-folded with handles, and top-folded + top-punched bags for rope handles. Typical throughput: up to 70 bags/min (with handles) or 80 bags/min (without).

ZD-FJ18P+P — Roll-Fed Square-Bottom Paper Bag Machine (with Patch Unit)

A high-speed roll-fed platform that produces square-bottom bags without handles and adds patch application in-line. The machine sequences unwind/EPC alignment → patch pasting → side gluing → tube forming → tube cutting → handle punching (die-cut) → bottom indentation/opening/gluing/forming → collection. Max speed: 180 bags/min.
